I know I said i wasn't going to post stuff from my sketchbook, but i couldn't help sharing a few
this one is my depiction of the struggle to keep things in perspective in our daily lives, things that don't matter often mean far too much to us and hold uus back from where we want to be
Oh my GOSH is that a USB cable? It's really convicting because I've let the internet really eat up my time, and it made me neglect more important things.
I understand this is a sketch from your book, but if you ever decided to do a final version of sorts, perhaps you could extend the wrist to the bottom of the page. That way the hand doesn't look too floaty, it would look like it's grounded and trapped. You also did a nice job with the hand, I know how difficult to draw hands.
